Maga Hammocks Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise within 45 days of purchase.
- You must have the original sales receipt. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the merchandise. Elivana Accents will only refund items purchased through www.magahammocks.com. If you purchase merchandise though Amazon, Facebook or other dealer you need to process the return though the same dealer
- The item must be new, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. We recommend you to keep your packaging 45 days after purchase.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Your credit company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your card.
- If your payment method was a gift card, your refund will be in the method of a new gift card. The gift card refund will be delivered to the original shipping address via USPS.
- We do not credit or refund shipping charges. You can return the item to our warehouse at you own expense.
We will refund your account after evaluating the product and deduct from the original amount the value of the free shipping cost.
Merchandise Loss Or Damage
All our products are shipped from El Salvador though the El Salvador Postal Services - US Postal services, DHL, UPS or FedEx. The purchaser is responsible to inspect all merchandise before signing for the shipment and note any obvious damages on the shipper bill. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to file any damage claims with the carrier and in the event of a concealed damage, to notify the shipper, obtain an inspection from the shipper and then file a claim with the shipper. As a courtesy we can work with you and the shipper to replace the lost or damaged merchandise.
Merchandise For Exchange
We gladly exchange the item for a preferred product. The item must be new, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. The exchange shipping will be charged to your account unless the exchange is a result of our mistake. You need to send the product in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you will be responsible for new packaging and box.
Custom And Personalized Merchandise
All personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchanges. Merchandise custom handcrafted to the buyer’s specifications is not returnable and no refunds will be made.
Changes on custom orders must be in writing within 7 days of placing the order. Maga Hammocks will determine if the change is feasible. Additional charges may apply to the changes. No custom orders should be cancelled or modified within 14 days of placing the order. If custom orders are cancelled after 14 days, 50% will be charged as a restocking fee.
Maga Hammocks Warranty Policy
- We offer a one year warranty on workmanship. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
- We recommend you to keep your receipt for one year as a warranty.
- We stand behind the quality of our products. We'll exchange or repair your products during the warranty of the item. You must have a copy of the original receipt.
- For warranty, claims a photo showing the manufacturing defect will be required before return the product.
- We will only warranty items purchased at: www.magahammocks.com unless you provide the original receipt with your dealer authorization. No merchandise can be returned without Maga Hammocks’ written approval. As soon as the warranty application is approved, we will send you an e-mail with details.
Limited warranty does not include
- Clearance items, items purchased "as is”.
- Merchandise damaged by acts of nature, animal bites, vandalism, fire, abuse or incidental damages.
- Lack of proper care and maintenance or improper assembly after cleaning the product.
- Products fading or discoloration from exposure to elements such as oils, spills, fluids or chemicals.
- After modifications.
- Maga Hammocks is not responsible to spend more money than the value of the product.
